Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.

Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a return or refund.

Note: If you choose to ship a return using a third-party courier or freight forwarder, Room & Stories is not responsible for damage that occurs in transit through that service.

Valid Reasons for Return

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged or Defective Product
    If your piece arrives physically damaged or defective.
  2. Incorrect or Incomplete Order
    If what's delivered doesn't match your order, or something's missing.
  3. Change of Mind (applicable for select products only)
    If a piece doesn't feel right for your space, provided it's unused and in original condition. Custom or made-to-order pieces are excluded — see below.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Custom, made-to-order, or personalized pieces are final sale, as they're created specifically for you. These will always be clearly marked before checkout.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a full refund will be processed within 3 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, or an alternative method as communicated by our team. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit.
