Because most pieces are finished to order rather than pulled off a shelf, please allow 1–4 business days for preparation, packing, and dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping Time
Once your order is handed to our courier partner, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your city and the courier's coverage in your area.
Tracking Information
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email or WhatsApp message with tracking details, so you can follow it right up to your door.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available nationwide for your convenience — pay when your piece arrives.
Careful Packaging
Ceramics, textiles, and canvases all travel differently, so each order is packed specifically for what's inside — extra padding for fragile pieces, flat protection for canvas and framed work.
